Todi-Ponte Rio station is in the valley, approximately 4 km from the hilltop historic centre. The connection is provided by a shuttle bus service (urban bus, approximately 10 minutes) or taxi. Walking uphill is possible but demanding.

The historic centre is a restricted traffic zone with narrow internal streets. Recommended car parks: Porta Orvietana car park (lift and escalators to the centre), Porta Romana car park, Mercato Coperto car park. The Porta Orvietana car park is the most convenient as it has a lift that takes you directly to the main square.
